b. We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions, including USDA hardiness zone information, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
c. Plant hardiness and growing recommendations are provided as general guidance only. Actual results depend on your specific climate, soil, care, and growing conditions, and we cannot guarantee that any plant will thrive in your particular environment.
d. Availability of any plant or product is subject to change without notice, including due to seasonal supply, crop conditions, or grower availability. - Orders, Pricing, and Payment a. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
b. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted.

b. Because we ship living plants, delivery timing may be adjusted due to extreme weather conditions to protect plant health. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
c. Any live-arrival guarantee, its conditions, and claim procedures are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. - Pickup Orders and In-Person Appointments a. Certain orders may be available for local pickup. Pickup orders must be collected within the timeframe communicated to you at checkout or by email; unclaimed pickup orders may be subject to cancellation, restocking, or additional fees.
b. In-person nursery visits are available by appointment only through our online scheduler. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, plant availability, or operational needs, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. - Account Registration You may be required to create an account to place an order or access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Intellectual Property All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, plant photography, and website design, is the property of CactusAndSucculentLover or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
